ok so lets be real, who has time to cook like big chef meals everyday?? not me for sure lol. between work, college, scrolling insta, and just being tired half the time, cooking feels like a chore. but eating junk food all day makes u feel gross. so here’s some quick easy healthy recipes i swear even lazy ppl (like me) can do.
1. Overnight Oats
this one is sooo easy. just throw oats + milk + chia seeds + honey in a jar at night, add some fruits if u have them. put in fridge, wake up and boom breakfast done. no cooking, no stress.
2. Avocado Toast
yea i know it sounds fancy but its literally just toast + smashed avo. sprinkle salt n pepper, maybe chili flakes if u like spice. put an egg on top if ur extra hungry. takes 5 mins max.
3. Smoothie Bowl
ok i like this one coz it looks pretty too . just blend banana + berries + yogurt. pour in a bowl, add granola or nuts. feels like cafe vibes but cheap.
4. Veggie Stir Fry
basically just chop watever veg u have (broccli, capsicum, carrots) throw in a pan with oil, garlic, soy sauce. done in like 10 mins. i eat this with rice or noodles, easy meal.
5. Chicken Wraps
take tortilla, stuff chicken (leftovers work too), lettuce, tomato, sauce. roll n eat. perfect lunch for when ur late (im late like always).
6. Yogurt Parfait
sounds fancy but its literally yogurt + fruits + granola in layers. takes 2 mins. also looks cool if u post on insta story lol.
7. One Pan Salmon
this is like “i eat healthy” type meal. put salmon on tray, olive oil, lemon, garlic, some veggies around. bake 15 mins, done. no big cleanup either.
8. Egg Muffins
mix eggs + veg + cheese, pour in muffin tray, bake. keeps in fridge so u can grab in mornings. lifesaver when ur rushing.
9. Quinoa Salad
ok quinoa sounds boring but its actually good if u mix it right. cook quinoa, add cucumber, tomato, feta, olive oil. keeps u full long time, trust.
10. Banana Pancakes
this one blew my mind coz its just banana + 2 eggs mashed together, fry like pancakes. healthy, no flour, taste yummy too.

so yea healthy food dont need 2 be complicated. most of these are faster than waiting for zomato or swiggy delivery (and cheaper lol). try them out, mix n match, dont stress. cooking can be easy if u dont overthink it.
